• Our company provides a comprehensive program designed to help real estate agents enhance their careers through a 12-week boot camp and two one-on-one coaching calls. Our mission is to equip agents with the skills, knowledge, and systems needed to achieve significant growth in their real estate careers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using our website and services, users agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changes made to these terms.

3. Eligibility

• Participation in our program is open to licensed real estate agents or professionals actively pursuing a career in real estate. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

4. Program Details

• Our 12-week boot camp includes structured training sessions focused on real estate success, supplemented by two personalized one-on-one coaching calls. The program is designed to help participants implement effective strategies, build sustainable habits, and increase their Gross Commission Income (GCI).

5. Payments & Refunds

• Clients will be billed monthly over three months for the coaching commitment, which begins in the start month specified at signup. The agreement automatically cancels after 3 billing cycles. Clients must provide written notice maps@kw.com to if they wish to terminate before the end of the agreement. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Responsibilities

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions, actively engage in the program, and complete assigned tasks. Respectful and professional conduct is required throughout the program.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during the program, including course content and coaching resources, are the intellectual property of our company. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

• While our program is designed to significantly boost your real estate career, we do not guarantee specific results, such as income increases or job placements. Success depends on individual effort and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in our program. Users agree to participate at their own risk.

10. Privacy Policy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle and protect user data.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If the client wishes to terminate early, they must notify us before the 1st of the month to avoid further billing.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our company is registered. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

13. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
